Florentino Perez has dropped a major hint that Cristiano Ronaldo will not be leaving Real Madrid this summer, by naming the Portuguese superstar the ‘leader’ and ‘epicentre of the club.
The forward has been linked with a move away from the Bernabeu this summer, with both Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester United understood to be keen on the forward.
According to Italian journalist Tancredi Palmeri [via Le 10 Sport], the reigning French champions remain keen on the attacker and will continue to try to bring him to the Bernabeu. However, he indicated that Perez remained unsure about selling the world-class player.
However, according to the player’s agent Santos Marquez—via to the Metro—has indicated that Ronaldo is ‘planning to leave’ Real Madrid in the near future.
