Chelsea fans eager to see N’Golo Kante make his debut for the Blues may want to book a flight to the United States, because his debut could take place across the Atlantic.
According to Squawka News, Kante has been tipped to make his Chelsea debut in an International Champions Cup match against Liverpool on July 24th at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California.
Chelsea’s part in the summer exhibition tournament will include matches with Liverpool, Real Madrid and AC Milan, leading up to the start of the Premier League season in mid-August,
Per Squawka, Kante’s transfer from Leicester City was for £30 million.
The 25-year-old central midfielder has a breakout season with the Premier League champions this past year after an unheralded move from Ligue 1 outfit Caen last summer. Kante went on to contribute one goal and several assists en route to PFA Team of the Year honors.
