Manchester United out-of-favour forward Memphis Depay was in a buoyant mood following the Red Devils 3-1 win over Northampton in the League Cup.
The Netherlands international was in such a good mood, that he took to social media to post a picture of his teammates with emoji stickers placed on their heads. Depay included the following caption, “Nothing but smiling faces after yesterday’s win!”
Depay has found himself on the fringes of United’s squad following the appointment of Jose Mourinho over the summer.
The Red Devils take on the Premier League champions this weekend at Old Trafford.
