Cesc Fabregas has only started in one of Chelsea’s nine Premier League games this season.
But the former Arsenal captain is working hard to fight his way back in Antonio Conte’s first-team plans.
Fabregas trained alone on Thursday, and was seen working on two key attributes of his game.
The 29-year-old danced in between plastic poles to fine tune his agility.
After emerging from the forest of poles, Fabregas incorporated some one-touch passing into the drill, which he posted to his 7m followers on Instagram.
