Southampton beat Everton 1-0 at the St Mary’s stadium on Sunday to move into 10th place in the Premier League on Sunday.
The Saints took the lead inside the first minute when 19-year-old debutant setup Charlie Austin with the winning goal.
Austin took a selfie with Sims in the changing room after the game and uploaded it on his twitter account alongside a message praising the young winger.

Austin now has nine goals in all competitions for the Saints this season.
