Man City midfielder feels Catalan giants are hard to turn down.
Manchester City midfielder Yaya Toure has warned the club that Barcelona would be a difficult club for Sergio Aguero to turn down according to Tutto Mercato Web.
The Ivorian midfielder recently signed a new deal with the club that has put an end to speculation that he could leave during the coming months.
Reports in recent weeks had suggested that Real Madrid were considering making a bid for the player. Bernabeu boss Jose Mourinho is known to be a firm admirer of Toure and it was suggested that the Portuguese boss saw the powerhouse player as the perfect man to add some steel to the middle of the Real Madrid midfield.
But Toure, who has formerly played for Madrid’s bitter rivals Barcelona, insisted he was never considering a move to the La Liga giants.
Toure went on to reveal that he hopes Barcelona goalkeeper Victor Valdes remains at the Nou Camp before firing a warning shot about the future of Argentinian striker Sergio Aguero.
Asked about Aguero’s future, Toure stated his belief that Barcelona are a difficult club to turn down thanks to the star quality in their squad.
“If you were called by Barcelona, ??I would say that you can’t say no. It’s impossible not to choose to play with Messi, Xavi and Iniesta.”
Aguero has been linked with a move to Spain as he is reportedly keen to be closer to his ex-wife and son who now live back in Madrid.
