Arguably both North London sides could do with strengthening their attacks and 28 year old Senegal international could be a sensible target to consider, though with the Russian transfer window still being open Rubin Kazan may fancy their chances of winning the race for the former Lille man.
Sow proved a massive success in France, helping his side to a Ligue 1 title whilst scoring 36 goals in 76 appearances for Lille before moving to the Turkish capital in a £9m deal back in January 2012.
Since moving to Istanbul giants Fenerbahce Sow has scored 31 goals in 58 Super Lig appearances but could be ready for a fresh challenge.
Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has been heavily reliant on Olivier Giroud, who has looked exhausted in recent weeks, with both Theo Walcott and Lukas Podolski spending large portions of the season out injured.
Tim Sherwood has been indebted to in-form Togo international Emmanuel Adebayor of late with summer signings Erik Lamela and Roberto Soldado failing to come anywhere close to justifying the massive fees paid for their services.
