Arsenal defender Bacary Sagna is set for talks with fellow Premier League side Manchester City as negotiations to keep him in north London threaten to break down, according to the Metro.

The full-back’s current deal with the Gunners expires at the end of the season, and despite Arsene Wenger initiating talks to keep him at the club, negotiations now appear to be dead in the water.
The 31-year-old does have options, though, as fellow Premier League giants Manchester City are joined by Paris Saint Germain, Galatasaray, Fenerbahce and Inter Milan are all keeping a close watch on the situation.
However, Sagna is thought to be keen on staying in England, and will sit down with City officials after this months FA Cup final to discuss terms on a deal to take him north.
The strong competition for places at City have not been thought to put him off, and Sagna’s arrival could finally spell the end of Aleksander Kolarov’s time at the club as he continues to be linked with Italian sides Roma and Inter Milan.
