Anfield side look to make Spanish international their second signing of the day.
Liverpool are to complete a €22m (£17.7m) deal to sign Sevilla full-back Alberto Moreno today according to Spanish source Marca.
Having failed with an initial bid for the young defender it appears that Anfield side renegotiated with the La Liga side, taking advantage of the fact that Moreno wasn’t selected in Vicente del Bosque’s final 23 man squad for the World Cup finals, and have reportedly agreed a deal that could rise to €25m (£20.3m).

Moreno helped his Andalusian side to a top five finish in La Liga as well as a Europa League crown, making 43 appearances in all competitions.
Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers is seemingly looking for a fresh left-back option with his current first choice Jose Enrique missing most of last term through injury.
Though England youngster John Flanagan stepped into the breach with real verve it appears that Rodgers may elect to use the defender in his primary position at right-back next term.
