Bayern Munich playmaker Xherdan Shaqiri’s career has stalled somewhat since transferring from FC Basel to the Bavarian giants in 2012, but he remains an incredibly exciting and talented player.
The surplus of attacking midfielders at the Allianz Arena could result in more playing opportunities for Shaqiri on Merseyside, and he could make a significant impact alongside the likes of Raheem Sterling and Philippe Coutinho in red.
