Adrian Rabiot could be heading to Arsenal or Juventus this summer after Parisian giants give up on contract talks…
Arsenal and Italian giants Juventus are set to go toe-to-toe for a supremely talented young midfielder…
According to French publication Le Parisien, PSG have grown weary of contract discussions with the excellent Adrien Rabiot and are ready to cash in on his services instead of offer him lucrative terms
PSG wanted to keep the 19-year-old, but have failed to agree a new contract since the end of last season, and have decided to consider selling Rabiot rather than bowing to his demands.
Arsene Wenger is a known admirer of the teenager, who made 25 Ligue 1 appearances last season in PSG’s consecutive title triumph. He’s also a regular French youth international, and if he develops as expected, he could eventually move up the senior French national side.
Rabiot has only one year left on his contract, meaning the Parisians are willing to sell for €5-8m, with the knowledge that clubs will be able to approach the midfielder on a Bosman free transfer as soon as January.
The Gunners are keen on midfield enforcements this summer, and Rabiot could be tempted to move to England by the many examples of Arsene Wenger moulding young French players into world-beaters.
