Reports in France are suggesting that the young Italian’s time in Paris could be up as they may be tempted to cash in on their first-team regular.

However, far from having a clear run at the former Pescara man, the Premier League duo will be coming up against the likes of Real Madrid and Bayern Munich, who are both ken to snare his signature.

The two European giants apparently both had bids of around £39m rejected by the Parisians over the summer, so if United and Arsenal are intent on moving for him they will have to cough up a substantial fee to land him.

Bayern opted to sign Xabi Alonso from Real in the summer while Toni Kroos went the other way, so may not look to move again.
