The Gunners have been scouting Poland international Krychowiak in recent weeks following a string of impressive performances – and now Arsene Wenger is moving in.
Reports in Spain are claiming that Arsenal are ready to meet the 24 year old’s buyout clause in order to finally put an end to their search for a quality defensive midfielder.
His agent has talked down interest recently, claiming that the Spanish club are not looking to sell, but if Arsenal go ahead and bypass the club by meeting the clause then there is nothing they can do about it.
Krychowiak only joined Sevilla in July in a €4.5m deal from French side Reims, and has so far scored one goal in 14 appearances.
