The centre-back has been left on the bench for much of this season by new head coach Luis Enrique, who prefers the partnership of Javier Macherano and Jeremy Mathieu.
This has understandably frustrated Pique and the 27-year-old was being linked with a return to the Premier League as a result, with the Blues and former club United believed to be leading the race for his signature.
However, the Spain international appears to have quashed those rumours and has instead committed his future to Barca.
“Barcelona is my life and I do not plan to leave. I will continue to fight for a place,” Pique was quoted by the Daily Express.
The defender previously spent four years in England between 2004 and 2008 with the Red Devils, but failed to truly establish himself at Old Trafford and eventually returned to Catalonia.
Since then Pique has enjoyed a career littered with success for both club and country, winning four La Liga titles, two Champions Leagues, a European Championship and the World Cup in 2010.
The Spaniard will not be leaving the Nou Camp anytime soon either.
