Misfiring front-man could move across Manchester.
Manchester City have been linked with a shock move to sign unsettled Manchester United striker Radamel Falcao, according to Spanish source Fichajes.net.
The Premier League champions have been linked with the talented Colombian international in the past, and may now swoop for his services if he is not kept on permanently at Old Trafford.
Falcao joined United from AS Monaco on a season-long loan on deadline day in the summer, but has struggled to find his best form and appears to have fallen out of favour with manager Louis van Gaal.
As it seems increasingly unlikely that the Red Devils will complete the full signing of the former Atletico Madrid man, other top clubs are now taking notice and could look to offer him a big move elsewhere.
Falcao has previously been regarded as one of the best strikers in the world and could be a good fit at the Etihad Stadium, though the move would no doubt be controversial and have echoes of Carlos Tevez to it, with the Argentine swapping the red half of Manchester for the blue half at the end of a two-year loan with United.
