Rooney scored his first league goals in 2015 against Sunderland.

Manchester United boss Louis van Gaal has recently bemoaned the lack of a ’20-goal-a-season striker’ in his squad.

His latest admission is odd though, considering he has three world class forwards in his squad in Wayne Rooney, Robin van Persie and Radamel Falcao.
