Goals from Mohamed Yattara and Alexandre Lacazette ensured that Lyon won their second consecutive match in the French top flight and overtook Paris Saint-Germain at the summit of the division.

Bastia pushed forward and were punished for their adventurousness as Lyon broke superbly. Clinton N’Jie’s magnificent dribble set him clear, before Lacazette completed the move with a delightful finish.
Lyon’s delight contrasted with Bastia’s dismay—the Corsicans are only two points clear of the relegation zone with six games to play.
