The striker, who plays for Ligue 1 side Evian, was arrested for kicking a parking meter in April while he was playing for Rosenborg. According to the charges against him the 27-year-old had to be subdued with pepper spray while being put in a police van, and afterwards he apparently bit an officer.

The Dane isn’t the first footballer to get in trouble for biting, although he could suffer the worst repercussions. Barcelona forward Luis Suarez has been caught using his teeth on opposition players while playing for Liverpool, Ajax, and Uruguay. However, he has only ever received fines and playing bans for his actions. Obviously attacking a member of the police force is a far worse offence.
