Jack Wilshere has completed his move from Arsenal to AFC Bournemouth according to the Guardian.

The report states that Bournemouth have confirmed have confirmed the signing of Wilshere on a season-long loan deal.

Per-the-source, club officials issued a statements declaring their excitement at signing the England international. The Guardian goes onto say that Wilshere is yet to explain why he decided to join Bournemouth over the Serie A giants Roma and AC Milan.

The 24-year-old’s career has been blighted by injuries, which have restricted him to just 159 appearances in eight years for the North London based outfit.

Last season, Wilshere missed the majority of the Gunners campaign due to an injury and made just three appearances. However, he was still called up for the Euro 2016 squad by former manager Roy Hodgson.

Wilshere’s best year fitness wise was 2010/11 when he made 35 appearances in the Premier League, but since then, he hasn’t managed to reach the 30-game mark once.
