West Ham suffered a humiliating home defeat against Southampton, losing the game 3-0 at the London stadium.
The Hammers have lost five and won just once so far this season and are currently in the relegation zone.
Head coach Slaven Bilic did field a strong squad with the likes of Dimitri Payet, Lanzini and Kouyate all starting but the Croatian manager has just not been able to get his side going this season.
