Manchester United have seen their odds of signing Real Madrid winger Gareth Bale slashed for the second time this week by bookies Ladbrokes.
The Red Devils have been linked several times with a move for Bale, with the Daily Mirror reporting again that United are plotting a swoop for him.
The Wales international has had his problems at Real Madrid and it would not be a huge surprise to see him sold so the club can pursue other targets in attack.
Ladbrokes now have Bale at just 6/4 to move to United next summer, down from 2/1 earlier in the week, which in itself was down on previous odds.
You can also get 5/1 that Jose Mourinho tries his luck for the 28-year-old in January, though that would be a real surprise, especially given his current injury situation.

Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said: ‘The Welsh wizard’s time in Spain looks to be coming to an end, with Mourinho looking increasingly likely to bail him out as soon as the campaign ends.’
This could be a necessary purchase for United, with ESPN previously claiming they were interested in a similar style of player in Antoine Griezmann.
However, Le 10 Sport now claim the Atletico Madrid forward looks set to join Barcelona instead, leaving United to perhaps look elsewhere.
Bale shone in the Premier League during his time with Tottenham and could be a great fit for a team like United, who perhaps lack more natural wide players at the moment with strikers like Anthony Martial and Marcus Rashford filling in out there this season.
