Real Madrid are reportedly eyeing a stunning double transfer raid on Premier League giants Chelsea for attacking midfielder Eden Hazard and left wing-back Marcos Alonso.
According to Don Balon, Real president Florentino Perez remains eager to sign Hazard as part of a revamp of his side’s attack, with Neymar, Harry Kane and Paulo Dybala also on his list of targets.
This follows another report from Don Balon today that Madrid have snubbed the chance to sign Alexis Sanchez from Arsenal as Perez does not consider him enough of an upgrade.
That piece mentioned Kane and Mauro Icardi as his preferred targets over Sanchez, but in truth Hazard is more of a similar style of player due to his versatility in a variety of attacking roles.

Capable of playing out wide, as a number ten or a false-9, Hazard could be considered more of a step-up from the same kinds of qualities Sanchez would offer to Los Blancos.
This is bad news for Chelsea fans, however, who are used to seeing their rivals Arsenal lose one star after another, while their club has largely held on to its best players during the Roman Abramovich era.
Don Balon also add that Real could make it a double raid on Chelsea as they also want Alonso to strengthen their options at left-back.
The Spaniard hasn’t always won over a large number of Blues supporters, but it’s easy to see how he could fit in well as an attack-minded option from the back for an ambitious side like Real.
Marcos Alonso has scored 12 Premier League goals since the start of last season, more than any other defender. ?
