Lionel Messi wants Barcelona to join rivals Real Madrid in race to sign €200M superstar

Lionel Messi wants Barcelona to move for PSG and France star Kylian Mbappe this summer, something that would see the club join Real Madrid in the race to sign the 19-year-old. 

This is according to Diario Gol, who are stating that the Argentine superstar wants Mbappe to join him in attack at the Nou Camp next season, and that Los Blancos are also keen on signing the Ligue 1 superstar as an alternative to Neymar.

Don Balon have stated in the past that PSG want €200M if they are to see Mbappe leave the club, a price that should be deemed a fair one given the absolutely huge potential that Mbappe has.

Mbappe has been one of, if not the, star of the World Cup this summer, with the youngster almost certainly in the running to pick up the Player of the Tournament award once competition finishes later this month.

The Frenchmn has scored three vital goals for Les Bleus so far to help his side reach their first semi final in the tournament since 2006.

The PSG star has csored the winners against both Argentina and Peru so far, something that has seen him grab the limelight as the shining star of this summer’s tournament.

Mbappe would definitely prove to be a class signing for either of the Spanish giants, and is someone who could definitely get his hands on a few Ballon D’Ors in the not-too-distant future.
