Manchester City goalkeeper Ederson was up to his usual tricks against Southampton this afternoon, the Brazilian showed off a superb piece of skill during the game.
In the 28th minute of the tie the 25-year-old showed that he can keep a cool head when being pressured on the ball by effortlessly using a sharp turn to avoid a challenge from Saints ace Pierre-Emile Hojberg.
Ederson has built up a name for himself for his talents with the ball at his feet since joining City, Ederson is heralded for his ball-playing ability just as much as he’s praised for his ability to pull of excellent saves for Guardiola’s side.

Southampton’s Hojberg eventually got tired of running around in circles and lost his head towards the end of the game, the Dane was sent off for a reckless challenge on Fernandinho.
