Arsenal are keeping tabs on Napoli winger Khvicha Kvaratskhelia after missing out on Mykhaylo Mudryk.

Fabrizio Romano recently confirmed to CaughtOffside via his Substack column that Arsenal were pushing to bring Mudryk to the club during the January transfer window.

However, a crazy turn of events last week led to Chelsea hijacking the move and the Premier League club announced his transfer during their game against Crystal Palace at the weekend.

Now, according to 90min, Arsenal are keeping tabs on Napoli winger Kvaratskhelia, but the Georgian winger is likely to cost in excess of £100m is he was to leave Napoli in the near future.

It’s clear to see that Mikel Arteta is looking to add strength in depth in his attack. Despite performing exceptionally this season, Arteta has been lucky with injuries and a lengthy spell on the sideline for the likes of Bukayo Saka or Gabriel Martinelli could be catastrophic.

Kvaratskhelia may be an impossible move during the January transfer window, so Arsenal may have to wait until the summer if they consider the Napoli winger a priority target.
