Unhappy Burnley first-team player set to seek exit in January

Burnley’s Arijanet Muric is supposedly unhappy and is seeking a move in January in order to play regular first team football.

Since the arrival of James Trafford in the summer from Manchester City, Muric has found himself displaced as the Burnley number one.

According to Sky Deutschland, Muric has several clubs interested in his services such as Bundesliga side Union Berlin and Spanish side Sevilla, both of which play Champions League football.

Muric has only made two appearances for Burnley this campaign, both of which have came in the Carabao Cup.

The 24-year-old has three years remaining on his current deal, and could look for a January exit whether that’s a loan deal or a permanent transfer for the Kosovo international shot stopper.

  1. No wonder if he can not get a game with the number of goals we let in every week I would be wanting away toton

  2. I do not blame Muric. Trafford saves well but his distribution when handling the ball to his defence his poor This was emphasised at Brentford

  3. I prefer Muric to Trafford, Muric is safer in the air with crosses, both are decent stoppers but give Muric a chance.
