Manchester United winger Jadon Sancho is currently on loan at his former club Borussia Dortmund and they could extend his stay by offering Donyell Malen to the Red Devils.
The German outfit are now looking to extend his stay at the club and they could offer Dutch attacker Donyell Malen to the Premier League club, as per Fichajes.
It remains to be seen whether Manchester United are prepared to extend Sancho’s loan with the German club. Sancho has a contract with Manchester United until the summer of 2026 and he might be available for a reasonable price next year.
Meanwhile, Malen has done reasonably well for the German outfit and he could prove to be a useful acquisition for Manchester United. The 25-year-old has 13 goals and four assists across all competitions this season. He is capable of operating as a centre-forward as well as a winger on either flank. His versatility will be an added bonus for the Red Devils.
Donyell Malen will improve Man United
Manchester United need more creativity and goals in the final third and the Dutchman would be the ideal acquisition for them. He could form a quality partnership with the likes of Rasmus Hojlund and Marcus Rashford in the attack.
It remains to be seen whether the two clubs can work out a deal that benefits them both.
It is clear that Sancho does not have a future at Manchester United and therefore the opportunity to continue at the German club will be quite attractive for the player.
