Bayern Munich have reportedly agreed a deal to sign much sought after Polish international Robert Lewandowski according to Spanish source AS.

They claim that the agent of current Bayern Munich boss Jupp Heynckes, Enrique Reyes, has confirmed that the Borussia Dortmund forward would follow current team-mate Mario Gotze to the Allianz Arena this summer.

Such a move would leave fans of the Westfalenstadion side flabbergasted at the sale of two of their star turns to their main Bundesliga rivals.

Jurgen Klopp has seen his side lose their grip on the domestic title to Bayern Munich though still fighting through to the Champions League semi-finals. Such a move would perhaps leave other members of the Borussia Dortmund squad wondering where the club’s ambition lies.

24 year old Lewandowski scored 30 goals in all competitions last term and is currently the top scorer in the Bundesliga this season with 23.

Such a move would leave many wondering about the futures of current Bayern Munich strikers Mario Gomez and Mario Mandzukic under incoming boss Pep Guardiola.

Bayern Munich wouldn’t appear to be in any dire need of a squad shake-up after romping to the Bundesliga title and thrashing Barcelona 4-0 in their first leg of their Champions League semi-final last night.
