Manchester City are bracing themselves for a pair of bids from Serie A Champions Juventus according to The Daily Mail.

It is being reported that the Italian giants are hoping to bring both Aleksander Kolarov and Carlos Tevez to Turin and are preparing to make an approach for the duo.

Juventus seem to be in pole position to sign striker Tevez, whose future at the Etihad Stadium has looked increasingly uncertain over the last few weeks.

The player has just one year left remaining on his current deal and it is thought that City are ready to cash in on him rather than risk losing him for nothing in a year’s time.

That could pave the way for Tevez to move to Italy with City reportedly asking Juventus for as little as £9 million for the industrious forward.

It now appears they are also set to make a move for Kolarov, despite the left-back making 32 appearances for City last season.

French full-back Gael Clichy remains the preferred option at left-back but the Serbian defender’s versatility has often seem him popping up elsewhere on the pitch.

It is that adaptability which is interesting Juventus, who are keen to add some strength in depth to their squad.
