Arsenal to Loan Young Pair to Championship Side Leicester City

Arsenal are hoping to give their youngsters the first team football they desire by loaning out two more today, to Championship outlet Leicester City according to the Daily Mirror.

Both, Nico Yennaris and Ignasi Miquel, are hoping to sign for Nigel Pearson’s side shortly as they are desperate to show the world what they can do before Arsene Wenger looks to finally mould them into first team players.

Yennaris, currently 20 years-old, is a versatile defender who has played right back for Arsenal youth development sides, but was a midfielder when he played for boyhood club Barcelona. It is also believed that Nico can play centre back too.

Whilst Miquel, currently 20 years-old too, who has been scouted by Spanish outlet Real Sociedad who wish to take the Spanish under 21 international on loan with Arsenal keen to give him the first team football he craves.

The young Spaniard has actually managed to express himself during pre-season as Nacho Monreal and Thomas Vermaelen have suffered from injury, creating room for Ignasi to step up to the plate.

The duo will add to the ever increasing list of players leaving the London based Premier League side this summer with twelve leaving already [including Russia international Andrey Arshavin, on a free, and Brazilian star Andre Santos, for an undisclosed fee].

Sadly for Arsenal fans they have only managed to bring in one player this window, Yaya Sanogo, despite being heavily linked with moves for Real Madrid star Gonzalo Higuain and Liverpool’s controversial forward Luis Suarez.
