Real Madrid superstar Cristiano Ronaldo is the favourite to win the FIFA Ballon d’Or on Monday, January 13th, and after a sensational season in front of goal it is not hard to see why.
In the last year, he has scored 59 goals in 50 Real Madrid appearances, as well as 10 strikes in 9 matches for Portugal – including a hat-trick in the second leg of their playoff against Sweden that secured his country’s World Cup place.
