The former Chelsea striker joined the Turkish giants a year ago from Chinese outfit Shanghai Shenhua and has showed that he still has that deadly touch in front of goal be helping the Turks into the last 16 of the Champions League.

However, in recent weeks he has seen himself linked with a move Stateside as rumours claim he will be heading to Seattle to link up with Obafemi Martins, and though the Ivorian refused to confirm or deny the speculation he did insist that he would continue to give his all to the Turkish giants.

“So many things have been said these last few days and I normally don’t react to other such rumours so it’s gonna be the first and last time I do it,” he said.

“I’m here focusing on achieving history for my team and nothing will take my eyes out of my goals! To all my red and yellow fans let’s keep on winning until the end of the season.”

Drogba’s deal at the Turk Telecom Arena expires on June 30th, and as of yet there has been no talk of extending his contract.
