Paris Saint Germain are believed to have held a long standing interest in the 22-year-old after being impressed by how easily he managed to take over Juan Mata’s position in the starting XI and ultimately drive him out of the club during the January transfer window.
The current Ligue 1 leaders are said to be so keen to bring him on board that they are prepared to offer the West London outfit a whopping €50m offer over the summer.
However, their path to his signature may not be so clear as they have now been joined by Monaco and Barcelona.
Though neither of those sides have been in contact with officials at Stamford Bridge, they have been known to be keeping a close eye on the diminutive Brazilian this season and their interest will surely make PSG sweat on any possible deal.
Chelsea are keen to keep a hold of Oscar, though, and may look to rebuff all advances, though they could look to cash in on him and reinvest the money elsewhere.
