Anfield ace to make surprise exit?
Liverpool are set to lose the services of lethal marksman Luis Suarez this summer according to the Daily Star.
The 27 year old has been in amazing form this term, continuing to operate in a magnificent partnership with England man Daniel Sturridge, though the Uruguayan has apparently already decided to leave Anfield at the end of the season and has already chosen his next destination.
This source claims that despite interest from Arsenal and Man City the former Ajax man will head to Europe with Barcelona and Real Madrid favourites to land the forward.
Such an exit would be something of a surprise given the great season Liverpool are having, with Champions League football almost assured and Brendan Rodgers side mounting a genuine Premier League title challenge.
Luis Suarez has only recently signed a lucrative new contract that makes him the highest paid player in the club’s history.
Suarez has been pretty much unplayable this season, not only top of the Premier League goal-scoring charts but also leading the assist makers list.
A record of 28 goals and 11 assists in 26 Premier League starts is sure to lead to a PFA Player of the Year award.
