The highly rated holding midfielder has just enjoyed an outstanding campaign sitting in front of the high flying Saints’ back four, so much so in fact that the player was even called up by France national team head coach Didier Deschamps to be one of Les Bleus’ seven players on standby for this summer’s Fifa World Cup finals in Brazil.

And now the 24-year-old, who has been heavily linked with a summer move to the Emirates of late, has confirmed that it is his desire to play in Europe’s premier club competition in order for him to progress his career.
