In-demand Manchester City left-back Aleksandar Kolarov is being chased by a number of big-name clubs from across the continent this summer, according to reports in the Daily Mirror.
The highly rated Serbia international’s current contract with the Premier League champions now only has just less than a year left on it to run, with the mega-rich north-west giants currently said to be in negotiations with Kolarov about extending his stay at Eastlands.
However, despite City’s financial strength, the club also know that they will not be able to compete though with the offer on the table for the left back from big-spending Ligue 1 outfit AS Monaco this summer, with last season’s runners-up in the French top flight known to be keen to try to lure Kolarov to the South of France for next season.
And it is not just Monaco though who are said to be interested in the 28-year-old, with the likes of Serie A champions Juventus, as well as AC Milan and AS Roma all also believed to be keen on landing the attacking full back.
