Monaco hit man nears race to be fit for the South Americans.
Colombia striker Radamel Falcao looks to be winning his race to be fit for the World Cup next month as he took to training for the first time since his injury with his international teammates.
The South Americans kick off their campaign against Greece on June 14th, and there is now high hopes that he will be fit to take on the Euro 2004 winners.
Falcao trained with his national team in Buenos Aires, Argentina, on Wednesday, and his national team coach Jose Peckerman told the press:
We will wait until the last minute of the last day [for Falcao to prove his fitness]… Falcao is doing everything he can to recover in time.
