Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere has been pictured holding a shisha pipe in his hand on a night out with friends at Libertine Club in London, resulting in fresh unwanted press for the 23 year-old.
The image in question was shared to social network Instagram, but was swiftly deleted – but has since resurfaced on Twitter.

It is the third time that Wilshere has been caught in a smoking storm, after being pictured smoking outside a nightclub in October 2013 and on holiday last summer.
