Chelsea right-back Branislav Ivanovic has become a surprise transfer target for Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain as he comes nearer the end of his contract at the club.

The Serbian international has been one of the Blues’ best players this season, continuing his reputation as a big-game player and a superb goalscorer from defence who contributes important goals at just the right time.
Still, Ivanovic has just one year to go on his deal at Stamford Bridge, casting his future into doubt as he is yet to put pen to paper on a new contract to put this transfer speculation to bed.
This has alerted both Bayern and PSG, according to the Daily Mirror, with the experienced 31-year-old likely to be a good signing for any top European side if he can be lured away from Chelsea for a bargan price.
Chelsea are planning to offer Ivanovic a twelve-month extension to his contract, but it remains to be seen if this will be accepted.
