Chelsea could be the new favourites to sign Real Madrid forward Gareth Bale due to Manchester United‘s disagreement with the club over David de Gea.
The Wales international has long been a top target for the Red Devils, but Chelsea, Manchester City and other clubs have also shown an interest in recent times.

With United critical of Madrid over the De Gea deal collapse, it could now be that they will struggle to persuade the Spanish giants to sell them Bale anytime in the near future, according to the Daily Star.
Chelsea could also do with the addition of a world class attacker, and could be likely to resurrect their interest in the former Tottenham star before long.
