Inter have been closely linked with a move for West Ham star Dimitri Payet. According to La Gazzetta dello Sport via the Daily Mail, the Serie A giants are set to make a €44 million offer.
The report claims that the offer may just be too good for the East London club to turn down but it remains to be seen how the Hammers will respond.
The 29-year-old attacking midfielder has played an important role in France reaching the Euro 2016 semi-final scoring three times already in five games.
France will take on Germany next in the European Championship semi-final. The winner of the game will take on finalists Portugal who beat Wales 2-0 yesterday.
Payet also had an impressive debut season for the East London based outfit scoring scoring 12 times and providing 15 assists in all competitions.
The 29-year-old winger joined the Hammers from French side Marseille last season and has another five-years remaining on his contract.
