Arsenal midfielder Granit Xhaka has insisted that he plans on adding to his goalscoring tally with the Gunners this season.
The Swiss international has scored two superb goals in the space of a week with two long-range efforts with his hammer of a left foot, and has seemingly added another dynamic to the Arsenal midfield.
However, he has insisted that he’s far from finished in terms of scoring goals this season, and plans on getting the Gunners faithful on their feet many more times in the coming weeks and months.
Xhaka has proven to be an excellent signing thus far, and Arsene Wenger along with Arsenal supporters will be desperately hoping that he can maintain his current form and establish himself as an indispensable part of the team to help them in their pursuit of trophies this season.
The initial expectation was that the former Borussia Monchengladbach star would add steel and defensive solidity in the middle of the pitch, but he’s proving that he can offer much more.
