Chelsea have taken to social media to heap praise on their star playmaker Eden Hazard after the Belgium international made his 150th Premier League appearance for the Blues.
The London based club shared a photo of Hazard on their official Instagram page and included the following caption, “That was @hazardeden_10’s 150th Premier League appearance on Sunday!”
Hazard has been in impressive form for Chelsea this season with two assists and seven goals in 15 apperances for Antonio Conte’s side.
Chelsea take on their London based rivals Tottenham in the Premier League this weekend.
