Two of Rafa’s young charges have been targeted by the Greek champions!
Olympiakos are reportedly in talks with Liverpool over the signing of midfielder Sebastian Leto.
Leto joined The Reds last summer from Lanus but has struggled for first-team opportunities since his switch.
The Argentine has previously been linked with a move away from Anfield, with rumours suggesting he could be used as part of a swap deal for Espanyol’s Albert Riera.
However, fresh reports claim Leto, 21, could be set to join Olympiakos for a fee in the region of €1.6million (£1.3million) after the Greek champions held discussions with Liverpool over the weekend. (Sky Sports)

Whilst it’s true that Benitez appears ready to lose some of his playing staff in order to use cash for new additions it seems unlikely he will deem it wise to sell those who could play a part in the club’s long term future. Leto has of course been linked with a move away before but surely Lucas wouldn’t be sold as he showed that he has great potential and even managed 20 starts last season so clearly appears to be part of Rafa’s long term plans. Should Liverpool even consider selling either of these youngsters?
