PSG have denied speculation that Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Thiago Silva could leave the club according to L’Equipe.

Speculation has increased in recent days after it emerged that Real Madrid have made a move for PSG’s Italian boss Carlo Ancelotti.

The club turned the approach from the Spanish giants down but it has added to the uncertainty at the French capital.

Silva has been one of the club’s most important players at the heart of the defence but prompted rumours he could be tempted to leave after revealing it was his dream to play for Barcelona.

Ibrahimovic meanwhile has rarely settled at any club for long as reports over the last few months suggested that he was beginning to become disillusioned with life in Paris.

While the club secured the French Ligue 1 title this season, they found themselves knocked out of the Champions League quarter final stages by a Leo Messi-inspired Barcelona.

With Wayne Rooney thought to be on the market this summer, it had been suggested that Ibrahimovic could be set for a return to Juventus with the Manchester United striker as his replacement.

But PSG Sporting Director Leonardo has poured cold water on the speculation insisting both players, and their manager, were going nowhere.
