Serie A side willing to listen to offers for prodigal son.
Italian giants AC Milan have reportedly placed star striker Mario Balotelli on the transfer at the request of president Silvio Berlusconi list just in time for the January window, according to the Metro.
Reports in Italian newspaper Il Secolo XIX have claimed that the club has ‘had enough’ with the former Manchester City man and are now said to be open to offers in the new year.
“I’ve had enough and the decision is made. Mario is officially on the market and we need to sell him before the end of January,” Il Secolo XIX report Berlusconi to have said.
The 23-year-old only joined the San Siro outfit last January and after making an immediate impact in the side last season he has gone on to score eight times in 17 appearances this time around.
However, with Massimilano Allegri’s men struggling this season, clocking up just four league victories so far, a major shake up at the club could be on the cards as they look to rejoin the pack at the top of the table to try and secure Champions League football for next season.
