Representatives for the Scotland international are already in Istanbul holding face-to-face discussions with the Turkish giants about signing the 28-year-old this month, with the Potters understood to be awaiting a proposal from Gala.
Adam, who has been in great form for Mark Hughes’s side so far in this campaign, with the playmaker the Potters’ top scorer in the Premier League to date, has only been at the Britannia stadium since last summer when the player joined Stoke from Liverpool.
