Was outshone by Schurrle on the other flank, but still drifted infield nicely to help his side dominate possession against Craven Cottage today. Also pulled off a beautiful ‘rabona’ cross that will forever be played in his highlight compilations!
AMC) Oscar (Mikel – 71′) – 5
Another subdued performance from the Brazilian, who has very much gone off the boil in recent weeks. Struggled to show his wonderful creative side.
FC) Fernando Torres (Ba – 82′) 6
Fairly quiet performance from the Spaniard who was selected ahead of Samuel Eto’o after his Champions League goal in midweek. Missed a guilt-edged chance in the second half, too.
