Mauricio Pochettino’s side have done wonderfully well to retain their spot in the top half for pretty much the entire campaign but now the south-coast side will listen to offers for England pair Adam Lallana and Luke Shaw as well as Croat defender and French midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin, who is said to be an Arsenal target.
The 24 year old has been in fine form this season and could be seen by Gunners boss Arsene Wenger as an able replacement for out of sorts veteran Mikel Arteta.
Frenchman Schneiderlin is now eligible to play for England and is a player who has excelled in the Premier League having helped the Saints come up from League One back to the top tier.
Southampton will demand at least £15m for Schneiderlin, who joined the club from Strasbourg in June 2008 and has made a total of 225 appearances for the south-coast side.
