Bad news Swans fans…
Chelsea fans will be buoyed by the news that Diego Costa has been passed fit to start against Swansea City at Stamford Bridge today.
The Premier League’s top scorer, who has already netted four goals for the Blues, was withdrawn from Spain’s squad for Spain’s 5-1 win over Macedonia earlier this week with a hamstring strain.
However, he is back and he leads Chelsea’s attack, which will be supported by Andre Schurrle, Eden Hazard and Oscar.
Swansea boss Garry Monk has made just one change to his starting XI following last month’s 3-0 win over West Brom.
Bafetimbi Gomis makes his first Premier League start in place of Wilfried Bony, who drops to the bench.
